Tasting note
Deep cherry colour with a slight garnet rim. Intense aromas of seasoned red fruits, fine spices (pepper) and subtle toasted notes.
Smooth, balanced, harmonic, with a toasted and spicy finish.
Winemaking
A wine made from a selection of specific plots of the oldest vineyards of the family of varieties Tempranillo and Graciano in Rioja Alavesa. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels until reaching its fullness, followed by a 12-month rest in the bottle.
Wine pairing
Recommended to pair with game, roasted meats and seasoned stews. It also goes well with a variety of cured cheeses.
