Bright ruby red color with violet reflections. Aromatic wine, highlighting red and black fruits (plum and raspberry) and subtle aromas of spices (pepper).
Soft, fresh, pleasant tannins. With a long and persistent finish.
The grapes are transported to the winery, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 to 10 days with controlled temperatures that do not exceed 28ºC. After this process, a natural malolactic fermentation softens the wine.
Ideal for appetizers, white and red meats, grilled meats and classic bolognese-type pasta dishes and slightly cured cheeses.
